Terms of Service

cxsh.lol is a profile and link-in-bio service. Registrations currently require a supported Gmail or Microsoft consumer email address. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the service lawfully.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload. By uploading it, you give cxsh.lol permission to store, process, and deliver it as needed to operate your profile. Only upload music, images, video, text, and other material you are allowed to use.

Paid cosmetics and plans

Optional cosmetic badges and the Cursed plan may be fulfilled through the official cxsh Discord. Cursed currently unlocks premium cursor trails. Purchases do not grant moderation privileges or ownership rights in the service.

Not allowed

Do not use cxsh.lol for malware delivery, credential theft, phishing, fraud, impersonation, doxxing, unlawful threats, sexual exploitation, or content that infringes another person’s rights. We may remove content, restrict uploads, suspend accounts, or preserve records when reasonably required to operate the service or comply with law.

Availability

The service is provided as available. Features, storage limits, usernames, and infrastructure can change. Keep your own copy of important content.

Copyright and reports

If you believe material on cxsh.lol violates your rights, send enough information to identify the material and explain the issue to legal@cxsh.lol.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after an updated version is published means you accept the updated terms.
