Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and snow ("we"), operator of cxsh.lol. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

cxsh.lol is a control panel for managing servers you own or rent. You connect your server by installing our agent. You're responsible for your servers, the software you run and the data you store.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details safe. You must be at least 16 years old. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, spam, malware, attacks on others or anything illegal.

Plans and billing

Spark is free. Paid plans (Nova, Pulsar, Quasar) are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payments, tax and billing questions.

Switching plans takes effect immediately; the prorated difference is charged or credited right away. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then moves to Spark.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uptime. To the extent allowed by law we aren't liable for lost data, profits or indirect damages; our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of important changes. Questions: support@cxsh.lol.
