snow operates cxsh.lol. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Your email, display name and profile picture (from Google or Discord if you sign in with them); details about servers you connect (hostname, IP, operating system, resource usage, logs); and a record of actions taken in your account.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details — only your plan, subscription status and renewal date.

Secrets

App secrets and access tokens are encrypted. SSH passwords you type for one-time setup are used once and never stored.

How we use it

Only to run the service, secure your account, send account emails and handle billing. We don't sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing support@cxsh.lol.
