Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with cxsh.lol. If you're not, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for any plan.

How to ask

Email support@cxsh.lol from your account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the Account page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for and won't be charged again.

Plan changes

When you switch plans, unused time on your old plan is credited automatically against the new one.
